Graduation Signs

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR SIGN

Graduation is our busiest time of the year as we service 7 High Schools in our area! We do our very best to accommodate every order we receive. We will sell out of Graduation packages by mid-May, so we encourage you to not wait until the last minute to place your orders!

**Orders placed by April 30th will be guaranteed. 

 

We will review your request within 24 hours of receiving it and get back to you with your contract and invoice.

Invoices must be paid before they are added to the calendar and confirmed. 

(We will sell out for the major graduation weekends, and highly encourage you not to wait on your booking)

 

SIGN DESIGNS: 

All Graduation signs will come standard with balloons, stars, and graduation items, and 2024 will be incorporated into the sign as well. 

 

Personal interest items listed on the form will be added based on availability, and are not guaranteed.

We do those on a first come first serve basis as we have a limited quantity of each item. 

 

ALL signs will be Graduation-themed, and we will incorporate those items based on our design style for your sign.

We do not take specific graduation item requests. We do our best to get a little of everything into the sign. 

 

NAMES: 

The sign will be customized with the graduate's name and the colors that you requested on the booking form. 

If your child is named Christopher or Elizabeth and typically goes by Chris or Liz we suggest using that name in their sign verses their

formal name. We cannot accommodate full names in a sign. (Ex: Sarah Elizabeth Miller)

We can only accommodate up to 2 names in a sign. If you have more than 2 graduates we highly recommend using GRADS. 

 

Please note, we do not custom print each sign, therefore we are limited on letter colors for names.

We will use black letters in signs as that is the bulk of our letter inventory.

We promise the sign will be awesome regardless of the name color!

INSTALLATIONS: 

Our installers will arrive on the morning of your event anytime between the hours of 7 am and 11 am to set up signs.

Lawns must be mowed and heavily watered prior to our arrival window.

If lawns are not heavily watered we may not be able to install and no refunds will be issued.

Our installers will return the following morning between 7 am and 9 am to pick up the sign.

Again, this is our busiest time of the year so many signs will be reinstalled in another yard that morning.

Additional day rentals are available for $65.00.
